When Brookside Country Club was having difficulty adjusting the temperatures of their buildings from their main control unit, Burkholder's was called out to investigate.

When Burkholder’s HVAC decided that they needed a bigger facility, they looked throughout the Lehigh Valley to find something that would meet their needs. One and a half years later, they found the answer close to home in an existing building located just a block away from their facility.

This 60,000 sq. ft., 3-story building is the new main office facility for Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit #21. The project’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction was design/build with the HVAC system being designed and installed by Burkholder's Heating & Air Conditioning.

Centre Square Commons is a new 5 building shopping center located at the intersection of Routes 202 and 73 in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.

Cigars International is just about ready to open their new cigar bar and retail store located next to Cabela's in Hamburg, PA.

This was an engineer designed plan and spec project by Snyder Hoffman Associates consisting of fourteen Trane water source heat pumps connected to six geothermal vertical closed loop wells providing 39 tons of cooling and 3,320,000 btus of heating. Climate control is achieved with 7-day programmable thermostats.

This HVAC project was for the renovation of the 10,500 sq.ft. 1909 Penn Theta Chapter house, also known as the “Old Grey Barn," which was moved approximately 1000 feet in the early 1970’s to its present location.

Lake Naomi is an upscale residential community situated around a lake once used for ice harvesting. The Lake Naomi Community Center is an all-in-one, 40,000 sq. ft. facility with indoor swimming pool, spa, gymnasium, tennis court, activity rooms, fitness center, café and a great room lounge.

When Lehigh Valley Plastics decided to move out of their three antiquated buildings and into one larger facility, the challenge for the design/build construction team, headed by Boyle Construction, was to prepare the new facility for the many renovations and utilities that were required for the plastic fabricating equipment.

When Niagara Bottling needed to cool down their industrial compressor room they called in Burkholder’s to install the three 40 ton Trane Rooftop Units to condition the 7500 square foot compressor room.

Burkholder's HVAC was contracted to the design-build and installation work on Norac's first American manufacturing plant in Forks Township, Bakerly. The 79,160 SF facility will make French-inspired treats to be distributed nationwide.

The Dry Clean Room provided by Burkholder's Heating & Air Conditioning’s design helps allow Orasure to remain a leader in its field.

When Michael Gausling and his partner decided to start a Venture Capital Company, they chose to move into the run down Victory Fire House in South Side Bethlehem. The building was once an operating fire house in the early 1900’s for the City of Bethlehem, but has been empty for many years. The building needed many renovations and additions.
